Job Title: Specialist/ Senior-Sales Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Operations Associate to support our sales organization operations.

The ideal candidate has solid communication skills, experience working with CRM systems, and preferably an IT or channel sales background. This position requires working primarily during Pacific Time business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily sales operations activities across multiple account managers and customer accounts
- Interact with vendors, including manufacturers and distributors, for sourcing and order coordination
- Manage deal registrations with vendor partners
- Prepare and generate customer quotes




- Maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline data within the CRM system
- Perform order entry and ensure order accuracy in internal systems
- Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate ETAs with internal teams and customers
- Initiate and track RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes when required
- Provide administrative and operational support to sales representatives
- Manage multiple priorities while supporting different sales teams simultaneously
- Deliver responsive, professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamic)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work Pacific Time Zone business hours
- Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-through and responsiveness

Preferred Qualifications

- Having background in IT industry and technology sales is a plus.
- Prior sales operations, inside sales, or order management experience
