Sales & Project Execution Manager – Parking & Safety Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Project Execution Manager to join our Basement Parking & Road Safety Products division.

The candidate will be responsible for both generating B2B business and managing projects from order confirmation to final completion.

This role requires strong experience in construction/project sales, client relationship management, and on-site project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities with builders, developers, contractors, infrastructure companies, consultants, architects, and PMC companies.
- Identify upcoming construction, infrastructure, basement parking, and road safety projects.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits.
- Prepare quotations,



commercial proposals, and presentations.
- Follow up with clients from enquiry through order closure.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
- Generate repeat business from existing clients.

Project Execution

- Manage projects from order confirmation to final completion.
- Coordinate product supply, installation, and site execution.
- Coordinate with customers, site engineers, contractors, installation teams, and internal departments.
- Ensure work is completed as per specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Plan manpower, materials, and other project resources.
- Monitor project progress and resolve site-level issues.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
