We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager – Real Estate to handle end-to-end sales operations and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer interactions, guiding the sales team, and closing property deals effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for achieving sales targets in the real estate industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through field work, marketing campaigns, and references
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries
- Conduct site visits and explain property features, pricing, and offers
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve targets
- Manage and guide sales executives and telecallers
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales
- Maintain customer database and regular follow-ups




- Build and maintain solid client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure

Candidate Requirements:

- Qualification: Any Degree (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 1–5 years in Sales / Real Estate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Team handling experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Languages known: Tamil & English

Salary & Benefits:

- ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
