Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to develop new business opportunities, manage existing customers, and drive sales growth in the industrial/B2B market. The ideal candidate should have strong customer-handling, business-development, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and customer visits.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential B2B customers.
- Identify new customers and expand the company's customer base in Indore and nearby industrial areas.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Promote and sell industrial products to B2B customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up with customers for orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer and market visits for business development.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-up.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and follow-up details.




- Develop long-term business relationships with industrial clients.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Industrial B2B Sales.
- MBA in Marketing or a relevant qualification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales and industrial markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship-management skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation and business development.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and market visits.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with 4+ years of experience in the following industries will be strongly preferred:

Polymers | Chemicals | Carbon Black | Plastics | Rubber | Industrial Products

Candidates with an existing industrial customer network or B2B client base will be given preference.
