The company has a reliable infrastructure at MIDC, Talegaon, Pune. SHPOPL manufactures all the products in its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spread over 70000 square feet of construction and a reliable CNC machine set-up at Talegaon near Pune.
We are looking for a result-oriented Orthopaedic Implant Sales Executive to promote and sell orthopaedic implants and surgical products to orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals, purchase teams and distributors.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Provide product support during surgical procedures as per company guidelines.
- Manage distributors, orders, stock availability and follow-ups.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions and promotional activities.
Territory / Travel
- Extensive travel across the assigned region is required.
Qualification & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in orthopaedic implant / medical device sales preferred.
- Experience handling orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals and distributors will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of orthopaedic products, anatomy and surgical applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
