We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our JCB dealership team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating sales leads, promoting JCB construction equipment, developing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, market research, referrals, and lead generation.

- Promote and sell JCB construction equipment, machines, and related products to customers.

- Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, rental companies, and other potential customers.

- Generate recent leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable JCB machines/products.

- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for commercial proposals.

- Follow up with prospective customers regularly and convert leads into sales.





- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate machine demonstrations when required.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.

- Coordinate with Finance, Service, Parts, and other departments to ensure smooth customer transactions and delivery.

- Maintain accurate customer, lead, enquiry, quotation, and sales records in the CRM/system.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.

- Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.

- Ensure proper follow-up after machine delivery and support customer relationship management.

Pay: From ₹23,000.00 per month
