Responsibilities

- Promote Gracious Trove products, mainly Honey and Pickles, to potential customers.

- Identify and approach new customers in local areas.

- Visit shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, hotels, restaurants, and other potential business customers.

- Explain product benefits, varieties, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.

- Provide product samples or demonstrations when required.

- Build good relationships with existing and current customers.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales.

- Identify new retailers, resellers, and distribution opportunities.

- Collect customer feedback and share useful market information with the company.

- Encourage repeat purchases and maintain regular contact with existing customers.

- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, stalls, and local marketing campaigns.

- Maintain basic records of customer visits, enquiries, orders, and follow-ups.

- Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.





- Represent Gracious Trove professionally and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people.

- Interest in sales, marketing, and customer interaction.

- Ability to explain products clearly and convince customers.

- Willingness to travel locally and visit customers and retail outlets.

- Basic knowledge of using WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication tools for customer follow-up.

- Ability to work independently and actively search for new customers.

- Previous experience in FMCG, food products, retail sales, or field marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

- Basic educational qualification; freshers may also apply.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field visits.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
