Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to promote and sell premium plotted developments along the Lucknow–Kanpur Expressway. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills to drive plot sales and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field activities, referrals, digital platforms, and channel partners.
- Meet prospective buyers and present plot investment opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and property demonstrations.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.




- Coordinate with marketing and management teams for promotional activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (any stream).
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales, property sales, insurance, banking, or direct sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of the Lucknow and Kanpur real estate market is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
