Hiring: Real Estate Sales Manager (Residential and Luxury Segment)

Gurugram | 4–5 Years’ Experience | ₹5–7 LPA + Incentives

Note: Only candidates with Real Estate Sales background in Gurugram will be considered.

Both Males and Females with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive sales of luxury residential & commercial projects

· Build solid client relationships & ensure closures

· Maximize revenue and achieve sales targets

· Conduct market research & competitor analysis

· Manage pre & post-sales client engagement

· Lead generation, meetings, and site visits conversion

Candidate Requirements

· 4–5 years’ experience (min. 3–4 years in direct sales)

· Strong communication & negotiation skills

· Knowledge of Gurugram real estate market

· Analytical mindset (conversion ratios, lead tracking)

· Well-groomed & target-driven

Own conveyance is mandatory

Candidates from Gurugram / nearby Delhi preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
