Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital channels, and self-sourcing.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Assist customers with loan applications, documentation, and processing.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely disbursements.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Eligibility:

- Post Graduate (Any Stream); MBA/Finance preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking/financial products is a plus.
- Willing to work from Noida.
