Sales Manager

Location: Near MM Fun City, Chhattisgarh

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 per month

Industry Requirement: Only candidates with prior experience in the Transformer Manufacturing industry will be considered.

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth, develop customer relationships and achieve business targets for transformer products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies for transformer products.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop new customers.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order closures.
- Understand customer technical and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Testing, Dispatch and Accounts teams.




- Follow up on enquiries, orders and payments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and regular management updates.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Transformer Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of transformer products and market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Proven sales and business-development experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
