Job Title: Sales- Manager

Location: Noida

Experience: 6 Months - 3 years in advertising field or Digital Marketing

Salary: Best as per industry standards + Benefits The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role within the advertising agencies, Radio station, Print Media, OOH companies or Digital marketing agencies.

Responsibilities:

- Drive new business, lead generation, and revenue growth through proactive sales efforts.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, references, and other channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
- Pitch media solutions across Radio, TV, Digital, OOH, and other platforms based on client requirements.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling,



and repeat business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and identify current business and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 06 Months-5 years in business development or sales roles within the advertising industry or marketing agency only.
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
