Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager DSA Sourcing to develop and manage the Personal Loan DSA/Channel Partner network.

The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new DSAs, generating business through existing DSAs, maintaining solid channel relationships, and achieving monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and onboard new DSAs, connectors, channel partners, and referral partners for Personal Loan business.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing DSA/channel partners.
3. Generate consistent Personal Loan business through the DSA network.
4. Regularly visit and meet DSAs to understand their business requirements and improve productivity.
5. Explain product features, eligibility criteria, pricing, documentation, and process guidelines to channel partners.
6. Share regular product/process updates, campaigns, offers, and policy changes with DSAs.
7. Ensure proper sourcing and submission of quality loan applications through the DSA channel.
8. Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Login,



and Disbursement teams for smooth processing.
9. Track applications from login approval sanction disbursement and ensure timely follow-up.
10. Achieve assigned monthly sourcing, approval, and disbursement targets.
11. Maintain accurate DSA records, daily activity reports, pipeline reports, and business MIS.
12. Ensure that all sourcing activities comply with company policies, KYC requirements, and responsible/ethical sales practices.

Candidate Requirements

1. Graduate in any discipline preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Loan / Banking / NBFC / DSA Channel Sales preferred.
3. Candidates with an existing DSA/channel partner network will have an added advantage.
4. Good knowledge of Personal Loan sourcing and customer eligibility.
5. Strong DSA/channel partner relationship-management skills.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
7. Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
8. Target-oriented with a proven ability to generate business.
9. Comfortable with field visits and meeting channel partners.
10. Good knowledge of the local market.
11. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, and digital sales tools.
