Job Summary

Lere Academy is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, generating admissions, following up with leads, promoting courses, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, and other relevant information to students.
- Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and admission targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Generate new leads through different sales and marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams.
- Build and maintain good relationships with students and parents.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the management.

Requirements




- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing preferred.
- Experience in EdTech, education, training, or similar industries is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead management tools.
