Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth for our Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical. The candidate will be responsible for managing a sales team, achieving business targets, and developing strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders, and other business partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of Sales Managers / Sales Officers to achieve assigned LAP targets.
- Drive business through direct sourcing and channel partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders, and other referral partners.
- Generate and convert quality LAP leads to achieve monthly business targets.
- Monitor the complete sales cycle from Lead Login Sanction Disbursement.
- Ensure quality sourcing and maintain healthy conversion ratios.
- Guide and motivate the team to improve productivity and achieve individual as well as team targets.
- Identify current market opportunities and expand the customer and channel base.
