About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – LAP (Loan Against Property) to drive business growth through direct sourcing, DSAs, channel partners, and other sourcing channels. The candidate will be responsible for achieving LAP business targets, managing customer acquisition, coordinating with internal teams for credit and technical due diligence, and ensuring smooth loan sanction and disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and acquire potential LAP customers through DSAs, channel partners, direct sourcing, and other relevant channels .
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and channel partners to ensure a consistent flow of quality business.
- Achieve key business metrics including LAP disbursement, IRR, fee income, and insurance cross-selling .
- Conduct initial assessment of customer profiles and loan applications to ensure eligibility and quality before login.
- Coordinate with Credit and Technical teams for customer meetings, property visits, and loan due diligence.
- Ensure timely completion of all required documentation for loan sanction and disbursement .
- Monitor cases throughout the loan process and proactively resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely disbursement.
- Track and update PDD (Post-Disbursement Documents) and ensure timely closure of pending documentation.
- Provide effective post-disbursement support and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, credit norms, and process guidelines.
- Consistently achieve assigned business, revenue, and portfolio targets for the LAP product.




- Identify new market opportunities and expand the sourcing network to drive business growth.

Role Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in LAP / Mortgage sales , preferably with strong DSA/channel sales exposure.
- Candidates should have experience handling LAP cases with a minimum ticket size of ₹50 lakhs and above .
- Overall experience of approximately 5–6 years in an NBFC or Bank preferred.
- Solid experience in DSA/channel partner management and customer acquisition .
- Good understanding of the LAP sales and loan processing cycle , from sourcing to disbursement.
- Should have a proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.
- Graduate / MBA or equivalent qualification.

Age : 28–35 years

Experience: 3–7 years of relevant experience in Mortgages / LAP Sales

Preferred Industry: NBFC / Bank

Product Experience: Loan Against Property (LAP) / Mortgages

Ticket Size : ₹50 Lakhs and above
