Job Responsibilities:

Generate new Gold Loan business and achieve monthly sales targets.

Develop new customer leads and business opportunities.

Manage existing Gold Loan customers and ensure timely renewals.

Build relationships with DSAs, valuers, agencies and other business partners.

Recruit and guide Gold Loan Officers/Territory Managers.

Manage branch/market activities and identify recent business locations.

Ensure proper documentation, compliance and fraud-prevention processes.

Maintain good customer relationships and service quality.

Locations

Gujarat: Valsad, Vadodara, Gandhinagar, Rajkot, Surat, Dahegam, Lunawada,



Gandhidham, Halol, Anand, Ahmedabad and other listed locations.

Chhattisgarh: Baloda Bazar, Raipur, Korba, Bilaspur and other listed locations.

Maharashtra: Pune, Akola, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai and other listed locations.

Madhya Pradesh: Neemuch.

Candidate Profile

Graduate preferred.

2–5 years of relevant *Gold Loan / Banking / NBFC Sales experience.

Good communication, sales and customer-handling skills.

Experience in team handling and business development will be an advantage.
