Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or MBA (Marketing preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic Sales & Marketing Engineer to drive business growth in the dairy and food processing industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, preparing techno-commercial proposals, participating in tenders, negotiating contracts, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities in the dairy and food processing sector.
- Promote dairy processing plants, refrigeration systems, cold storage solutions, and turnkey projects.
- Meet dairy unions, private dairies, consultants, and EPC contractors to develop business.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations, and cost estimates.
- Participate in government and private tenders from enquiry to order finalization.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and project teams for proposal preparation.




- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Travel extensively across India for customer visits and business development.

Required Skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of dairy processing equipment and industrial refrigeration systems.
- Experience in tendering, techno-commercial proposals, and project sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- MS Office, Excel, and CRM software knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in selling dairy processing plants, milk chilling systems, pasteurizers, refrigeration systems, evaporative condensers, cold rooms, boilers, or turnkey dairy projects.
- Existing network with dairy unions, milk federations, consultants, and food processing companies will be an added advantage.
