Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Firozabad.

The Sales

Manager will oversee sales operations, build and manage client relationships, and develop strategies to expand the customer base in the glass and metals market. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating pricing and contracts, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and collaborating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and support revenue growth.

The Sales

Manager will lead and mentor the sales team,



set performance targets, and ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in business development, client relationship management, and sales planning within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and develop practical strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Experience leading or supervising a sales team, including target setting, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in industrial sales.
- Prior experience in glass, metals, or related manufacturing industries is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Firozabad, travel locally to meet clients, and adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment.
