Role Description The Sales Intern role at Spark Point Abroad is a Internship, on-site position based in Indore. The intern will support outreach to prospective students and families, conduct follow-up calls and messages, and explain program offerings clearly and accurately. Daily responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, maintaining and updating CRM records, and coordinating with the counseling and training teams to ensure smooth conversion from inquiry to enrollment.

The Sales

Intern will also help organize information sessions, collect feedback from prospective clients, and support basic reporting on sales activities and performance.



This role offers hands-on exposure to education consulting, student recruitment, and sales operations in an international education context.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with prospective students and families in a transparent, respectful, and supportive manner.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and contribute to enrollment targets under guidance.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to explain programs, processes, and next steps to prospective learners in a structured way.
- Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or database systems) is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks are required.
- Interest in international education, student mobility, or career guidance, especially related to Germany, is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and collaborate effectively within a diverse team environment is required.
