We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Kochi.

Our company provides international recruitment, immigration documentation assistance and consultancy services. The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients and candidates, handling enquiries, explaining our services and following up with interested leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries and make outbound calls to prospective clients/candidates
- Explain the company's recruitment and consultancy services clearly
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication
- Generate and convert leads through effective communication and follow-up
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates
- Respond to enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email
- Maintain basic records of enquiries, leads and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding candidate requirements and documentation
- Assist with day-to-day sales and client coordination activities Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English




- Confident and skilled telephone communication
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, email and basic office applications
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work towards targets and incentives
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruitment or consultancy will be an advantage

Salary & Benefits :

- ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
