Key Responsibilities

- Greet and attend customers professionally.
- Understand customer needs, budget and preferences.
- Explain jewellery designs, purity, pricing and offers clearly.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell suitable products.
- Maintain proper customer data and follow-ups.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintain product knowledge of Gold, Diamond, Polki and other jewellery.
- Handle jewellery stock carefully and follow stock procedures.
- Keep counter and display neat and organised.
- Coordinate with billing, floor manager and other team members.
- Complete daily work and assigned checklists on time.
- Maintain proper grooming, punctuality and showroom discipline.





Key Skills Good communication, customer handling, sales ability, honesty, discipline, teamwork and basic jewellery knowledge.

Performance Will Be Measured On

Sales achievement, conversion, customer follow-up, repeat sales, customer service, discipline and checklist compliance.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
