Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Salem.

The Sales

Executive will engage directly with customers, present product collections, and provide personalized styling and product recommendations.

Responsibilities include managing in-store sales, handling inquiries, maintaining product displays, and supporting inventory management. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the team to support promotions and brand initiatives.

- Ability to provide excellent customer service, understand customer needs, and offer tailored product suggestions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with a diverse customer base.
- Basic sales and retail skills, including closing sales, handling transactions, and maintaining store presentation.
- Interest in ethnic fashion, fabrics, and design, with a willingness to learn product details and styling options.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail for managing inventory and store displays.
- Comfort working in an on-site, customer-facing environment and collaborating with team members.
- Prior experience in retail or fashion sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak festive seasons, as needed.
