We’ve built a strong D2C and marketplace presence. Now we’re opening up offline

— and this role owns it. The role

You will own SlickFix’s offline growth end to end — winning and growing accounts across four channels: retail stores, wedding planners, event planners and corporate gifters. This is a field-first, revenue-focused role for someone who loves being out there, closing orders and watching their commission climb. You’ll build our offline playbook from the ground up, with founders backing you and real room to grow into a Sales Lead as the channel scales.

What you’ll do

- Build the pipeline:

prospect and open current accounts across retail stores, wedding & event planners, and corporate gifters in Mumbai — through in-person visits, calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Pitch & close:

present the catalogue, customise bundles and kits to the client, negotiate, and close purchase orders — consistently hitting monthly revenue targets.
- Sample & demo:





get sample sets into the right hands and run quick in-person demos that show why the products sell.
- Grow accounts:

drive reorders, upsell new SKUs and seasonal kits (wedding & festive season), and keep every account active and buying.
- Own the relationship:

be the dependable point of contact — smooth fulfilment, quick problem-solving, repeat business.
- Represent SlickFix:

at expos, trade shows and industry events (e.g. EEMA) to build the brand and generate leads.
- Track everything:

maintain a clean pipeline/CRM and report weekly on leads, orders and collections.
- Bring the market back:

share pricing, product and competitor insights that help us sell more.

What we’re looking for

- 1–3 years in field / B2B sales

(FMCG, gifting, retail distribution, events or similar). Sharp, hungry freshers with real hustle will be considered.
- Based in Mumbai and happy to travel across the city daily for client meetings.
- A natural closer

— confident, persuasive and genuinely energised by targets and commission.
- Robust communication in English and Hindi (Marathi a plus).
- Organised and relentless on follow-ups — you never let a warm lead go cold.
- Comfortable with

WhatsApp,



Excel/Sheets and a basic CRM; own smartphone required.
- Bonus:

existing relationships with retailers, planners or corporate-gifting companies.

Compensation — Base Salary + high (uncapped) commission

We’ve deliberately built this so your earnings track the revenue you bring in. There’s a fixed base to keep you steady, and the real upside sits in an uncapped, tiered commission — the more you sell, the higher your rate.

What success looks like

- First 30 days:

learn the range and pitch, build a working pipeline, and open your first handful of accounts.
- By 90 days:

a steady book of active, reordering accounts and a reliable monthly revenue run-rate.
- Ongoing:

new accounts opened per month, monthly collected revenue, and reorder rate — the numbers that grow your commission and our offline reach.
