Role Overview

We are looking for a Pune-based Sales Engineer to drive business growth through technical sales and strong customer engagement. This position suits a technically skilled professional who enjoys meeting clients, understanding engineering requirements, and offering effective solutions. Regular travel for client meetings, demonstrations, and site visits will be part of the role.

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate and expand business opportunities across Pune district and surrounding Industrial areas such as Chakan and Talegaon.

Visit customers to assess their technical needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.

Create and present sales pitches, price quotations, and technical documentation.

Handle negotiations and successfully close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.





Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Work closely with engineering, service, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and current product developments.

Update CRM systems, maintain sales records, and prepare pipeline and performance reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.

1–3 years of experience in industrial or technical sales.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Strong capability to understand and explain technical solutions to customers.

Willingness to travel frequently within and around Pune.

Comfortable using MS Office tools and CRM software.

Sales experience in Industrial equipment or any technical product will be preferred
