Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers in a polite, friendly and respectful manner.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.

- Follow up with customers for their regular requirements and orders without being pushy.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products and rates.

- Take and confirm orders, including item, quantity, rate and delivery details.

- Share rates and quotations with customers in a clear and professional manner.

- Follow up on pending orders and coordinate with the internal team for timely delivery.

- Maintain regular communication with customers through phone and WhatsApp.

- Handle customer queries and complaints patiently and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

- Follow up for pending payments in a professional and courteous manner.

- Update customer and sales information in CRM/Google Sheets.

- Develop recent customer relationships and contribute towards sales growth.

- Work closely with the CRM, Purchase, Godown and Dispatch teams.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
