Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Fresher to join our Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, explaining our services, following up with leads, and supporting the sales team in generating business.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Explain company services clearly and professionally.

- Understand customer requirements and provide basic information.

- Follow up with leads and interested customers.

- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with the sales team for further discussions and conversions.

- Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

- Handle customer questions politely and professionally.





- Update lead status and call details regularly.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.

- Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.

- Basic knowledge of computers and Google Sheets/Excel.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Good listening and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
