Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ranchi.

The Sales

Executive will greet and engage customers in the showroom, understand their mobility needs, and recommend suitable Mahindra vehicles and financing options.

Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations and test drives, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing within company guidelines, and completing all sales documentation and delivery processes. The role involves maintaining accurate customer records, following up on leads,



coordinating with finance and accessories teams, and meeting monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.

The Sales

Executive will also participate in local promotional activities and maintain a professional, organized showroom environment.

Qualifications

- Sales and customer service skills, including lead handling, consultative selling, and relationship building.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain vehicle features, finance options, and offers clearly.
- Basic negotiation and presentation skills to conduct effective product demos and close sales ethically.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and digital communication channels for managing inquiries and records.
- Solid time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple customers and follow-ups efficiently.
- Prior experience in automobile sales or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is an advantage.
- Fluency in local languages and English, and willingness to work showroom hours, including weekends and peak seasons.
