Fast Typing Speed

Key Responsibilities:-

Engage with potential customers through real-time chat.

Explain VoIP products/services and convert leads into sales.

Maintain a professional, persuasive tone in all chat interactions.

Keep record of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Collaborate with the team for service activation, pricing, and clarifications.
