Job Summary

We are hiring Sales Executives for a Term Insurance sales process in Malad West, Mumbai.

The role involves contacting customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining term insurance products, generating sales opportunities, and following up with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers regarding term insurance products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Explain insurance plans, features, coverage, and benefits clearly.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Handle customer queries related to the sales process.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.




- Follow company sales procedures and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with the relevant team to complete the sales process.

Required Qualifications
- HSC or Graduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO, sales, or insurance is required.
- Positive English and Hindi communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
