Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented qualified with 3+ years of experience in sales, distribution, and new product development (NPD). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in NPD launches, distributor appointment, and sales & distribution operations, preferably within the Personal Care or FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and distribution activities across the assigned market/territory.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and channel partners.
- Support and execute New Product Development (NPD) launches from planning through market execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance, distribution coverage, stock movement, and market execution.
- Analyze ROI, margins, and commercial performance to support business decisions.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and analysis using MS Excel.




- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and market execution.
- Identify opportunities for improving sales, distribution reach, and overall business growth.

Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Distribution, NPD, or related functions.
- Bachelor's degree / Any undergraduate qualification.
- Experience in the Personal Care industry is preferred; FMCG experience will also be considered.
- Hands-on experience in:

- NPD/Product Launches
- Distributor Appointment & Management
- Sales & Distribution
- ROI & Margin Calculations
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Candidates with reasonable job stability and a track record of growing within the same organization will be preferred.
- Candidates demonstrating internal career progression or increased responsibilities will be highly valued.
