About the company

GrowiT India, is the agricultural arm of Alpha Plastomers Private Limited and was born with the intention to manufacture advanced and cutting-edge products that ensure optimum quality and yield for the Indian Agricultural & Farming Industry while lowering its carbon footprint.

Our goal is to be your go-to partners for major protective farming products, such as plastic mulch film, shade nets, crop/fruit covers, Vermi beds, mulch laying/hole punching machines and Agri wires, that will ensure sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective agricultural practices.

Responsibilities
- Plan, script, and conceptualize video content
- Handle cinematography and camera operations for shoots
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro:
- Create motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects:
- Perform color grading to maintain visual consistency and quality
- Edit and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop:
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project objectives
- Manage multiple video projects and meet deadlines




- Maintain organized project files and assets

Required Skills & Qualifications (Essential)
- Proven experience with Adobe Premiere Pro - Video Editing:
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects - Motion Graphics & Video Editing:
- Experience in Color Grading:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop - Photo Editing:
- Solid Cinematography / Camera Handling skills
- Ability to write scripts, concepts, and shooting ideas:
- Understanding of lighting, framing, and composition
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI image and video generation tools
- Drone operation experience (DJI Mini 3 Pro or similar)
- Familiarity with mirrorless cameras (Sony Alpha series preferred)
- Gimbal handling experience
- Knowledge of social media video formats

Travel Requirement
- Must be comfortable with frequent travel, approximately 10-15 days,for on-location shoots and projects.
