Position: Sales Executive

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing current opportunities. Using a consultative approach to selling, this person will leverage their expertise to identify and qualify leads, ultimately closing deals with both new and existing customers in the plastic granules and raw materials segment (HDPE, PP, PPCP).

Responsibilities:

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Successfully generate business from both new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level procurement or plant executives
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Regular follow-ups on leads and inquiries from IndiaMART, exhibitions,



and direct outreach
- Provide input to improve pricing strategies and client retention

Qualifications:

- 2–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in industrial/raw material sales
- Experience in plastic polymers, granules, or industrial B2B sales is highly desirable
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email follow-ups, and lead tracking
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Self-driven and able to handle outbound prospecting
