Role & responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads

- Identify and acquire new customers in the EXIM & logistics sector

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

- Promote Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Transportation & Logistics solutions

- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth customer service

- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping / Logistics / Customs Clearance preferred

- Valuable knowledge of Import & Export processes

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Excellent customer relationship & business development skills

- Target-oriented and self-motivated

- Ability to generate business independently will be an advantage
