Job Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, emails, social media, references, and other channels.
- Identify potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Approach colleges, and other organizations for training and internship partnerships.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, service demonstrations, and promotional activities when required.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Business Development, and Training teams for smooth execution of sales activities.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert potential leads into customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new sales opportunities.

Required Skills:
- Good English and Tamil communication skills.




- Robust convincing, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Highly target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, social media, and online communication platforms.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, college visits, and business-related activities.

Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline / MBA.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
