Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented and passionate Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling prospective clients, conducting site visits and converting opportunities into successful property bookings.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate and manage leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, site visits and broker/channel partner networks.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.

· Conduct effective property presentations and site visits.

· Build strong relationships with prospective clients and maintain regular follow-ups.

· Negotiate with clients and drive the sales process from lead generation to closure.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Maintain accurate client records, sales reports and follow-up pipelines.

· Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance and other internal teams for smooth deal closure.

· Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and channel partners.

· Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, inventory and pricing.

Candidate Profile

· Graduate in Business,



Marketing or a related field.

· 1–5 years of experience in real estate (Commercial) sales preferred.

· Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

· Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

· Result-oriented, confident and self-motivated.

· Valuable understanding of the real estate sales process.

· Comfortable working on weekends as required by the business.
