About Coachify:

Coachify is a premier EdTech platform based in Jaipur, dedicated to providing top-tier preparatory courses for CAT, CLAT, and CUET. As we rapidly expand our offline and hybrid programs, we are looking for a driven, energetic Sales Caller to join our core team at the Mansarovar center.

What You'll Do:

- Engage & Counsel: Connect with prospective students and parents over the phone to explain Coachify's courses, personalized mentorship, and scholarship options.

- Manage Pipelines: Track daily interactions, update lead engagement levels, and maintain accurate records using our internal Sales CRM.

- Convert Leads: Guide aspirants through the admission process, helping them select the right batch (Weekend, Crash Course, or Regular) to meet monthly enrollment targets.

- Follow-Up:



Maintain consistent communication with warm leads to build trust and drive conversions.

What We're Looking For:

- Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills (Hindi and English).

- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or educational counseling (EdTech experience is a major plus).

- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management workflows.

- A target-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for guiding students toward success.

- Must be able to work full time from our Jaipur office.

Pay: ₹10,048.37 - ₹33,540.96 per month
