- We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Optical Sales Executive to join our optical store.

- Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting frames, sunglasses, and lenses.

- Explain lens types, coatings, brands, and frame features to customers.

- Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.

- Handle sales, upselling, and cross-selling.

- Manage billing and order processing.

- Maintain accurate customer and order details.

- Maintain product displays and store inventory.

- Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.

- Maintain a professional and friendly workplace in the store.

- Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Sales/retail experience preferred.

- Optical industry experience will be an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of lenses and frames is preferred.

- * Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
