Better Works HR is looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Sales

Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations, and build strong relationships with HR and business decision-makers. The role involves understanding client needs, proposing appropriate Better Works HR solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

The Sales

Executive will maintain accurate records in the CRM, track sales performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of new accounts. The position requires regular market research, participation in industry events when needed, and consistent follow-up to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications





- Demonstrated skills in consultative selling, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Ability to conduct structured sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort with using CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and online meeting platforms
- Understanding of HR services, staffing, or professional services sales is an advantage
- Proven ability to work toward targets, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in B2B sales, particularly in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, is beneficial
