Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and high-energy Sales Representatives (Male & Female) to join our business development team. Whether you are a driven fresher starting your career or an experienced sales professional looking to grow in the booming Electric Vehicle industry, this role offers competitive earning potential, structured growth, and a agile work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential client opportunities across residential complexes, commercial spaces, retail hubs, fleet operators, and institutions.
- Client Engagement: Conduct field visits, demonstrate product features, and present Bharat EV Solutions' product offerings to prospective buyers and business partners.
- Sales Execution: Manage end-to-end sales pipelines from initial contact to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
- Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and channel partners.
- Market Insights: Keep up to date with EV market trends, competitor activity, and local industry developments to position products effectively.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily/weekly sales activities, leads, and conversion records in the sales portal.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

- Education: Graduate/Diploma in any stream (Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering backgrounds are a plus).
- Experience: Open to both Freshers with strong communication skills and Experienced candidates (0–3+ years in B2B/B2C, field sales, direct sales, or EV/automotive sectors).
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Mobility: Willingness to undertake field visits; owning a personal two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
- Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.
