About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with strong exposure to B2B Sales and Industrial Sales. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing or automation company and should be capable of handling industrial clients, generating new business and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through B2B and industrial clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Conduct customer visits and understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients.
- Negotiate with customers and support order finalization.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify new markets, customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements




- 4–7 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in a Manufacturing / Automation / Industrial company preferred.
- Strong experience in B2B Sales / Industrial Sales.
- Experience handling industrial and corporate clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business development and client relationship skills.
- Target-oriented approach with positive follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.

Education MBA / PGDM – Sales & Marketing / Marketing preferred.
