Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Engineer – Fresher with a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining technical products/solutions, generating leads, preparing quotations, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in technical sales, customer interaction, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the company's products, applications, and technical specifications.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Provide appropriate technical solutions based on customer needs.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with the engineering, production, service, and purchase teams.




- Follow up with customers from enquiry to order confirmation.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Freshers with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant sales aptitude may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to understand technical drawings/specifications is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
