Role Description The Sales Engineer (Electrical Only) role is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves understanding customer requirements for electrical products and solutions, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and demonstrating how offerings meet client needs.

The Sales

Engineer will conduct site visits, provide pre- and post-sales technical support, and collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and quotations. Daily responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires regular reporting on sales activities, market feedback, and competitor insights to help improve sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with a focus on electrical products and systems.




- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address technical and commercial queries clearly.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in an industrial or electrical domain.
- Candidates should possess an educational background in Electrical Engineering (diploma or degree) or a closely related field.
- Candidates should possess the ability to read technical drawings, understand electrical specifications, and coordinate with engineering and installation teams.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and the ability to prepare professional proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Prior experience in industrial electrical equipment, automation, or related sectors in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad market is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess a self-motivated, results-oriented approach and the ability to work on-site with occasional travel to client locations.
