We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to join our JCB dealership sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, promoting JCB construction equipment, developing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, solid communication skills, and a passion for field sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, market research, referrals, and lead generation.
- Promote and sell JCB construction equipment, machines, and related products to prospective customers.
- Visit construction sites, infrastructure projects, contractors, builders, rental companies, and other potential customers regularly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable JCB machines based on application, capacity, and project requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and coordinate with internal teams to close sales.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new customer accounts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, demonstrations, financing requirements, and machine deliveries.
- Coordinate with the Service, Parts, Finance, and CRM teams to ensure smooth customer support and after-sales coordination.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain machine features, benefits, applications, and technical specifications to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM/HRMS or company reporting system.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer requirements, and pricing in the assigned territory.
