What You'll Do

Drive sales onboarding and training programs

Build and manage battle cards, pitch decks, case studies, and proposal templates

Own and maintain the enterprise knowledge repository

Support sales teams with LMS, AI simulations, and platform enablement

Track competitor activities and market trends to strengthen our GTM strategy

Who We're Looking For

- 4–5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Excellence, or L&D;
- Robust understanding of sales conversations and client engagement
- Excellent communication, content creation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable using AI tools for research and content development
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to improve processes
