Role : Sales Development Representative (B2B Sales)

What You'll Be Doing

- Build a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales engagement channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding business challenges, buying intent, and customer requirements.
- Engage with decision-makers across Engineering, Sales, Operations, IT, and Procurement teams in US and European organizations.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings and ensure seamless handovers to the Account Executive team.
- Communicate the value proposition of enterprise software solutions through consultative conversations.
- Maintain accurate prospect activity, pipeline updates, and follow-ups within the CRM.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and lead conversion.
- Stay informed about industry trends within engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise software markets.




- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

What We're Looking For

- 2 to 8 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, or B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven experience generating qualified opportunities for US and/or European customers from India.
- Exposure to selling or prospecting for complex B2B software solutions, such as:

CAD / CAM, PLM, CPQ, Product Configurators, Engineering & Manufacturing Software, ERP / CRM / Enterprise Applications
- Robust cold-calling, prospecting, and lead qualification skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication with confidence in engaging international customers.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during international business hours.
