Responsible for driving insurance business growth by identifying new customers and business opportunities, developing solid client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves leading and supporting the sales team, developing distribution channels, promoting insurance products, and ensuring excellent customer service and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage sales advisors/agents.

- Develop relationships with customers, partners, and referral sources.

- Identify market opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Promote suitable insurance products based on customer needs.

- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

- Focus on customer satisfaction, persistency, and long-term business growth.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
