Distribution Sales Coordinator – Key Responsibilities

- Vehicle & Route Coordination
- Prepare and monitor daily vehicle/route schedules.
- Coordinate distribution sales staff and vehicle movements.
- Ensure daily route plans are completed on time.
- Bizom App Monitoring
- Monitor all distribution sales staff daily activities through the Bizom App.
- Check attendance, route coverage, shop visits, orders, billing and sales performance.
- Track inactive customers and missed visits.
- Prepare daily performance reports.
- Payment Follow-up
- Monitor outstanding payments from distributors/customers.
- Coordinate with sales staff for daily payment collection.
- Follow up on overdue payments and maintain collection status.
- Submit daily/weekly outstanding and collection reports to management.
- Daily Reporting
- Prepare daily sales, collection, route and staff activity reports.
- Highlight pending work, missed visits, low sales and overdue payments.
- Coordinate with management for corrective action.
