About the Role:

AR Health Care is looking for a Sales Counselor to convert enquiries into consultations, appointments and customers through qualified communication and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle enquiries through phone and WhatsApp.

Understand customer requirements.

Explain services and address basic concerns.

Schedule appointments.

Follow up with interested or undecided prospects.

Coordinate with the Operations Team.

Maintain lead records.

Support package conversion and repeat-session communication.

Requirements:

2–3 years of sales, counselling or inside-sales experience.





Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, Psychology, Communications or a related field.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Experience with CRM/lead management systems.

Experience with WhatsApp Business, calling systems and Excel/Google Sheets.

Beauty, aesthetics, wellness or clinic sales experience preferred.
