- Handle day-to-day communication with clients and respond to their requirements.
- Prepare and share rough quotations / price quotations as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, Stores and Accounts for customer requirements.
- Enter and update enquiries, quotations, orders and customer details in ERP.
- Follow up with clients for enquiries, quotations, orders and required information.
- Coordinate order status, dispatch updates and delivery-related communication with clients.
- Maintain proper sales records and prepare basic reports in MS Excel.
- Handle emails, documentation and routine sales coordination activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
